Welcome to ZIMOHUB services! This Privacy Policy applies to the ZIMOHUB software, client, official website, and related services provided by Zimohub Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. This policy supplements the "Z2D Vision Privacy Policy" and has the same legal effect as the main privacy policy. In case of any conflict between this policy and the main privacy policy, this policy shall prevail; matters not covered in this policy shall be governed by the provisions of the main privacy policy.
We fully understand the importance of your personal information and will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, and Personal Information Protection Law, adhering to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith to protect the security of your personal information. Please read and fully understand this policy carefully before using our services.

  1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
    We collect and use your personal information solely to achieve the following business functions, and we will not collect information unrelated to these business functions.
    1.1 Collection of general functional information
    1.1.1 Account registration and login functions: Collect your mobile phone number/email address, account password, login verification code, device identification code, login IP address and other information to realize account login, identity verification and security protection.
    1.1.2 App Market Service Features: Collects your app download, installation, update, and uninstallation records, transaction information, etc., to provide app distribution and transaction settlement services.
    1.1.3 Community interaction features: Collects your nickname, avatar, posts, comments, and other information for community interaction display.
    1.1.4 Personalized recommendations: This feature collects information such as your app download history and browsing history to recommend suitable content for you. You can turn off personalized recommendations.
    1.2 Collection of information on ZIMOHUB's unique functions
    1.2.1 Game Manager Service Information Collection
    1.2.1.1 To implement the game manager function, we need to temporarily obtain the following information from your device: - Locally installed game list: Used to identify single-player games installed on your device and provide corresponding trainer functions. - Game process information: Used to locate the game process and enable local data modification. - Game file path: Used to read and modify local game save files.
    1.2.1.2 Important Commitment: - All the above information is processed locally on your device and will not be uploaded to our servers. - We do not store or back up any of your game data, save files, or modification history. - Once the game manager function is disabled, all temporarily acquired information will be immediately cleared from memory.
    1.2.2 Community service information collection
  • The files, screenshots, descriptions, and other content you upload are used for display and sharing in the community.
  • Your download, favorites, and likes history: used to optimize community recommendations and your user experience.
    1.2.3 Equipment and System Information Collection
  • We collect information such as your device model, operating system version, system architecture, and memory size to ensure that the game manager and applications can run properly on your device.
  • We collect operational logs and crash reports from ZIMOHUB software, clients, and their official websites to troubleshoot problems and optimize product performance.
    1.3 Circumstances where collection is exempt from authorization by law
    According to laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
    (1)Necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract we have signed with you;
    (2)Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;
    (3)Necessary for responding to public health emergencies or for protecting the life, health, and property of natural persons in emergency situations;
    (4)To conduct news reporting and public opinion supervision for the public interest, and to process personal information within a reasonable scope;
    (5)We will process your personal information, whether you have disclosed it yourself or it has already been legally disclosed, within a reasonable scope.

  1. How We Protect Your Personal Information

After the storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. After your account is cancelled, we will delete your personal information within 15 business days, except where required by laws and regulations.
    3.4 In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan to prevent the incident from escalating. In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will report the incident to the regulatory authorities and promptly inform you of the basic situation of the incident, the risk impact, the remedial measures we have taken, and your response suggestions through pop-ups, in-site messages, SMS, and other means.

    (4)Withdrawal of Authorization: You can withdraw the information authorization (such as storage permissions) you have granted at any time through the device settings or account settings page. After the authorization is withdrawn, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, but it will not affect the processing actions previously completed based on your authorization.
    (5)Account Cancellation Right: You can submit an account cancellation request at any time through the account settings page. We will complete the cancellation for you after verifying your identity.

  3. Protection of Minors' Personal Information
    5.1 Our products and services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, you must read this policy together with your guardian under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, and you may only use our products and services or submit personal information after obtaining your guardian's explicit consent.
    5.2 For personal information of minors collected with the consent of their guardians, we will only process it within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the guardians, and as necessary to protect the rights and interests of minors.
    5.3 We strictly enforce regulations restricting minors' spending: Minors under the age of 8 are prohibited from making any spending transactions; minors aged 8 to 14 are limited to a single spending of no more than 50 yuan and a monthly cumulative spending of no more than 200 yuan. If a guardian discovers that a minor has made spending transactions without consent, they can contact us to request a refund.
  4. Storage and Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information
    6.1 Personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China is, in principle, stored within China and will not be sold/transferred overseas. Cross-border transfer will only occur when "controlled outbound" situations such as fulfilling this service agreement, necessary fields for logistics/payment settlement, legal requirements, or emergency response occur, and will be based on minimum necessity and encrypted transmission.
    6.2 If you are located in an EEA/UK country,you understand that China is not currently designated by the European Commission as a country with "adequate protection", storage/processing may constitute a third-country transfer.   5. Updates to this Policy
    7.1 We reserve the right to revise this policy in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, product and service upgrades, and business model adjustments.
    7.2 After this policy is revised, we will publish it 7 days in advance on platforms such as ZIMOHUB software, client or relevant website.
    7.3 Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your agreement to the revised policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you should stop using our products and services and cancel your account.
