User Service Agreement

Operating Entity: Zimohub Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "ZIMOHUB")
【Important Notice】
Please read all the terms of this agreement carefully, paying particular attention to the bolded and highlighted content. This agreement contains clauses that exempt or limit our liability, increase your liability, and restrict your core rights. We have fulfilled our obligation to provide notice of standard terms in accordance with the law . By clicking "Agree to this agreement," logging into your account, or using ZIMOHUB services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement and all other documents related to the ZIMOHUB platform, and have entered into a legally binding contract with us .

1. Parties to the Agreement and Scope of Services
   1.1 This Agreement is entered into by you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Zimohub Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Zimohub Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. independently operates the ZIMOHUB software, client, and corresponding official website platforms and independently assumes all legal responsibilities .
   1.2 You understand and agree that we have the right to adjust the service content of ZIMOHUB according to business development needs, and will announce the adjustment 7 days in advance on the ZIMOHUB client or the corresponding official website and other platforms.
2. Account Management
   2.1 You need to use a ZIMOHUB platform account to use ZIMOHUB services. The rules for account registration, real-name authentication, security storage, retrieval, and cancellation are uniformly applicable to the "Z2D Vision Account User Agreement" and other platform documents.
   2.2 Your account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all actions taken under this account.
   2.3 If you discover that your account has been stolen or used without authorization, please contact us immediately.
3. Service Usage Rules
   3.1 Rules for using the application market service
   3.1.1 Applications downloaded through ZIMOHUB are only permitted for use on your own Z2D Vision three-dimensional hardware devices and may not be run, distributed, cracked, or modified on non-Z2D Vision devices .
   3.1.2 The intellectual property rights of the application belong to the developer. You only obtain a limited personal non-commercial license. Specific rules are subject to documents such as the "End User License Agreement (EULA) for Z2D Vision Applications".
   3.2 Game Manager
   Service Usage Rules
   3.2.1 Special Note: ZIMOHUB Game Manager service is only applicable to games that you have legally purchased and have the right to use.
   3.2.2 You understand and agree that:

• Using a game manager may cause problems such as game data corruption, save file loss, and game crashes. You should back up your game data yourself.
• You are solely responsible for any loss of game data, account bans, or other losses resulting from the use of the game manager. We assume no liability for any compensation.
• You guarantee that you will only use the game manager function for games that you have legally purchased and have full rights to use. You will be solely responsible for all legal liabilities arising from the use of the game manager that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of game developers.
• Game developers have the right to prohibit the use of game modifiers according to their user agreements, and we are not responsible for any penalties imposed by game developers.
  3.2.3 You shall not engage in the following behaviors:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or crack the game manager.
• Creating and distributing cracked patches and cheat programs for game managers.
• Using the game manager for commercial purposes or providing modification services to others.
• Using a game manager infringes on the intellectual property rights of game developers or any third party.
• Other users identified by ZIMOHUB officials may have engaged in high-risk behavior.
  3.2.4 If we find that you have violated the above provisions, we have the right to immediately terminate your game manager access, ban your ZIMOHUB account, and not refund any unused fees.
  3.3 Rules for the Use of Community Services
  3.3.1 The content you post on the ZIMOHUB community should comply with laws and regulations, public order and good morals, and community user behavior guidelines.
  3.3.2 You warrant that the content you publish has full intellectual property rights or legal authorization and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
  3.3.3 The intellectual property rights of the content you publish belong to you. You hereby grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable worldwide right to use the content for purposes such as platform display, promotion, and publicity.
  3.3.4 We have the right to review community content and have the right to delete or block any content that violates the rules, and to take action against your account according to the severity of the violation.

4. Paid Services and Membership Rules
   4.1 ZIMOHUB offers paid services such as subscription memberships, in-app purchases, and other value-added services. Specific details are subject to ZIMOHUB's official announcements.
   4.2 Z diamonds are a universal virtual currency across the entire platform, which you can obtain through top-ups or by participating in platform activities. The rules regarding the acquisition, use, and validity period of Z diamonds are uniformly governed by the "Z diamond Agreement" and other relevant documents.
   4.3 ZIMOHUB Subscription Membership Rules:

• Membership types, prices, and benefits are subject to the information published on the ZIMOHUB software, client, and official website.
• The membership service period is calculated from the date of your successful payment.
• You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time. After cancellation, no new charges will be incurred, and the membership fee already paid will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to adjust membership benefits and prices as needed for business development, and will announce any adjustments 7 days in advance.
  4.4 All paid services must be completed through the payment channel designated by the platform. You may not bypass the platform's payment process through private transactions, third-party channels, or other means.
  4.5 Once the paid service is opened, there is no refund unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rules
   5.1 The intellectual property rights of ZIMOHUB software, clients, and related official websites, as well as all content within them (including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, trademarks, and logos), belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify the aforementioned content without written permission.
   5.2 You only obtain a limited license to use the ZIMOHUB service. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by us .
   5.3 You guarantee that you will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights during your use of ZIMOHUB services. If your actions result in us being sued or claimed against by a third party, you shall fully compensate us for all losses suffered as a result (including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney fees, anticipated commercial losses, and damage to goodwill).
6. User Behavior Prohibition Clause
   You must not engage in the following activities while using ZIMOHUB services:
   （1）Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
   （2）Damaging national honor and interests, promoting terrorism and extremism, inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity;
   （3）Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
   （4）Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
   （5）Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terrorist content, or instigating crime;
   （6）Fabricating and spreading rumors disrupts economic and social order and damages the reputation of state organs, ourselves, and others;
   （7）Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon their reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests;
   （8）Creating and spreading viruses and malware, attacking and interfering with the normal operation of platform systems and servers, and stealing information and data from platforms and others;
   （9）Malicious account registration, fraudulent activity, fake orders, and fraudulent transactions disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
   （10）Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, and modifying ZIMOHUB software, client, official website, and game manager, or creating and distributing crack patches and cheat programs;
   （11）Any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, the provisions of this agreement, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties.
7. Exemptions and Limitations of Liability
   This is a core clause; we have fulfilled our obligation to provide full notification, and you have fully understood and accepted it.
   7.1 ZIMOHUB services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risks associated with using ZIMOHUB services.
   7.2 We do not guarantee that ZIMOHUB services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or vulnerability-free, nor do we guarantee that the services will be fully compatible with your hardware and software. In the event of service suspension or interruption due to system maintenance, upgrades, malfunctions, network fluctuations, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide advance notice and restore service as soon as possible, but will not be liable for any compensation .
   7.3 Special Disclaimer:

• We assume no responsibility for any loss of game data, account bans, or other losses resulting from the use of the game manager.
• We assume no responsibility for applications or content developed by third-party developers. Any losses you suffer as a result of using third-party applications or content should be claimed from the developers.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by game developers, including but not limited to game updates causing trainers to become ineffective or banning accounts that use trainers.
  7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by laws and regulations, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages suffered by you, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, whether or not we were aware of the possibility of such losses occurring.
  7.5 [Force Majeure] Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, including but not limited to:
  (1) Natural disasters: earthquakes, floods, typhoons, fires, mudslides, etc.;
  (2) Social events: war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, etc.;
  (3) Government actions: changes in laws and regulations, government bans, expropriation, requisition, etc.;
  (4) Technical incidents: large-scale cyberattacks, telecommunications operator failures, power outages, system paralysis, etc.
  If this Agreement cannot be performed or is delayed due to force majeure, the affected party shall not be liable for breach of contract, but shall notify the other party in writing within 72 hours of the occurrence of the force majeure and provide relevant proof within a reasonable period. After the impact of the force majeure has subsided, both parties shall negotiate to continue the performance of the Agreement.
  7.6 This limitation of liability does not apply to our intentional acts, gross negligence, or torts that cause personal injury to you.

8. Export Control Compliance
   8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the software, SDK, technology, and related products (if any) under this Agreement are subject to the export control laws of the People's Republic of China, the United States, the European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions. You shall not, in violation of any applicable export control laws, directly or indirectly export, re-export, transfer, or provide any software, SDK, technology, or product under this Agreement to any embargoed country/region, or provide it to any sanctioned entity or individual.
   8.2 Developers (if any) warrant that their applications developed based on this SDK do not contain export-controlled technologies, and must obtain all necessary government licenses themselves if they need to export them.
   8.3 The platform has the right to suspend or terminate services to restricted users/developers at any time in accordance with export control laws, without assuming any liability.
9. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
   9.1 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement in accordance with legal requirements and platform operation conditions. The revised Agreement will be published 7 days in advance on the ZIMOHUB client or relevant official website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the revised Agreement; if you do not agree to the revision, you should stop using the service and cancel your account.
   9.2 If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting account functions, suspending services, banning accounts, or terminating this Agreement, depending on the severity of the violation. Unused payments will not be refunded.
   9.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease using all ZIMOHUB services and destroy or delete all our intellectual property content. Provisions in this Agreement that, by their nature, shall remain in effect (Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability, Dispute Resolution Provisions) shall continue to be in effect upon termination of this Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
    10.1 This Agreement is entered into in Pukou District, Nanjing City, China . The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
    10.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Pukou District, Nanjing City, China .
11. Supplementary Provisions
    11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
    11.2 Our failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
    11.3 Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of general platform agreements such as the "Z2D Vision Platform User Service Agreement".
